When a staff member leaves the business, the management needs to remove their profile from the system. This "Delete Staff" feature ensures that the staff list remains accurate and up-to-date, avoiding any confusion for clients or team members about who is currently available for bookings.
For example, if a stylist moves to a new location branch or exits the business, management can delete their profile, which removes them from client booking options and team schedules. This feature helps maintain an organized staff directory, streamlines scheduling, and prevents any errors in appointments or payroll. By keeping the team list current, the "Delete Staff" feature supports an efficient, professional environment and clear communication for both staff and clients.
To delete a staff member from the WAJ platform, click on from the top right corner in the staff details section, then select delete staff.
