Re-Booking
Re-booking allows staff to easily schedule a new appointment based on a previous booking. This feature simplifies the rebooking process by automatically carrying over service details, staff preferences, and other specifics from the last visit, saving time and effort.
1. Click on the customer
Click on the customer to re-book.
2. Click on "Bookings"
Click on bookings to view all their previous bookings
3. Click on "Book Again"
Click on book again for the booking the client wants to re-book.
4. Confirm booking details.
Check and confirm the date and time of the booking and click "Save".
