The "Referral Program" feature in WAJ platform encourages clients to invite friends or family by rewarding them for each successful referral. This feature helps salons expand their client base by leveraging word-of-mouth marketing, one of the most effective ways to build trust and attract new customers.

For example, a business might offer a discount on a future service for both the existing client and the referred friend, creating a win-win incentive. Clients can easily share their referral link or code sent to their phone numbers, or simply by applying the friends phone number making it simple for friends to book their first appointment. The Referral Program not only rewards loyal clients but also generates new business, enhancing client loyalty and fostering a growing community of satisfied customers.

Claiming Referral Discount

To claim a referral discount for a customer , simply ask them for the Referral Code or Phone Number of the friend that referred them. and insert it in the checkout flow in the designated field and click verify

once the referral is verified the the discount will be applied

once the referral checks out the referee will be contacted with the copoun they got for referring a friend

Claiming Referee Discount

On checkout , if a copoun exists it will automatically apply.

on the next visit (after referring a friend) the referrer will be able to claim their referrer discount which will be accessible in the available copouns section.
