About WAJ

Click on "Settings" -> "About WAJ". This is where some information about the WAJ platform is provided.

After selecting "Contact WAJ", the company's email, phone number, and address is accessed. The user may wish to send WAJ a message or send a feature request.

Feature Requests

A feature request form provides users with a structured way to submit suggestions for new functionalities or improvements they would like to see in the app.

Send Us a Message

This feature in the WAJ app provides users with a convenient way to communicate directly with the WAJ app support team. This feature includes a simple form interface where users can easily enter their inquiries, feedback, or concerns, ensuring their voices are heard.

FAQs

FAQs or Frequently Asked Questions serve as a valuable resource for the WAJ app users, providing quick answers to common questions about policies and the app itself. This feature helps enhance user experience by addressing concerns proactively and reducing the need for users to reach out for support.

1. Go to FAQs

Click on the + sign to view the answers to the questions.

Submitting Feedback or Reporting Bugs

This allows users to send a message explaining an issue with the exact location of the problem.

To write the feedback, select "Navigate" and navigate the app to the page with the issue, then select "Draw", to point at or circle the issue, and lastly, explain the issue with the most amount of detail possible and select submit.
