This allows management to control which team members are displayed to clients on the booking platform. This feature is especially useful for ensuring that only active, available staff members appear for client selection, streamlining the booking process.

For example, if a stylist is on extended leave or a new staff member is still in training, management can temporarily hide their profile until they’re ready to take appointments. Alternatively, senior specialists might only be visible for certain high-demand services. This feature helps clients find the right available staff for their needs, minimizes booking confusion, and allows the salon to manage staff presentations with ease, maintaining a clear and professional booking experience.
