Payment Plans

A Payment Plan enables management to set up flexible compensation or bonus structures for employees, such as commission plans, performance-based incentives, or installment-based payouts. This feature is useful for businesses that want to motivate their staff with customized earning opportunities or flexible payment arrangements.

For instance, a business might create a commission-based plan where stylists earn additional pay based on service sales or product upsells, or a tiered bonus plan for achieving monthly targets. Alternatively, for larger bonuses or special payments, management can offer installment options. To access payment plants, click on. "My business", then click on "Payment Plans" from the left-side menu.
